The object of this study is to evaluate the
environmental impacts that would arise during the
construction and operation of Abu Sultan - El
Sokhna onshore gas pipeline, 110km 32”. The purpose of construction and
installation of Abu Sultan – El Sokhan 32″, 110 km pipeline supplying natural gas to
El Sokhna industrial zone.
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) has been prepared to comply with the Egyptian
Environmental Regulations (Law No. 4, 1994 and its Executive Regulations), in line with the principles with the European Communities/Directive 97/11/EC guidelines and
GASCO's Health, Safety and Environment Policy (Appendix 2).
